Dolmen D22 is the smallest still existing dolmen in the Netherlands. This dolmen is located on a small site near the village of Bronneger (municipality of Borger-Odoorn) together with the better-preserved dolmen D21. These two dolmens are also called twins. A short distance away is a group of three megalithic tombs (D23, D24 and D25), and there are also two Bronze Age burial mounds in the vicinity of these dolmens.
