The Champ-Dolent menhir is one of the most important menhirs in Brittany. It has been registered since 1889 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

It is located about two kilometres from the French commune of Dol-de-Bretagne. It comes from the granite seam of Bonnemain, about five kilometres to the south and measures about 9.5 meters in height and 8.7 in circumference, 3 its weight is estimated at about 150 tons. According to tradition, the Frankish king Clotaire I established his camp here in the year 560.
