The Nécropole d’Édon is a complex of megalithic tombs located in the commune of Taugon in western France. Dating back to the Neolithic period, around 3500 BCE, it consists of several large standing stones supporting large flat stones that form the roofs of the chambers. The site is notable for its size and complexity, with over a dozen individual tombs and numerous smaller stones arranged in a circular pattern. It is believed to have been used for burial rituals and is one of the largest megalithic sites in the region.
