Semi-monolithic dolmen of the Vinogradny brook

Semi-monolithic dolmen of the Vinogradny brook is perhaps the clearest semi-monolithic dolmen of the group of megaliths on the Vinogradny stream and the Tsushvadzh catchment area.

It is located near the western end of the Solonitsky ridge, in the Lazarevsky district, Russia.

This unique large dolmen is also an observatory. It is made of a large boulder, with an inner chamber, portal and floor slab. This top plate has one more portal hole. It turns out that the dolmen is oriented according to the sun, based on the key positions on the horizon during the summer and winter solstices.
