Carreg Bica (also known as Careg Bica, Hoat Stone, or Maen Bradwen) is a menhir located south of Mynydd Drumau mountain, northeast of Birchgrove in the Neath Port Talbot County Borough in Wales. There is also a cairn with the same name near Elan Village in Powys.
The menhir likely dates back to the Bronze Age (2300 to 800 BCE). It is a monolith made of local sandstone, with a rectangular base measuring 1.2 × 0.6 meters. Standing at a height of approximately 4.3 meters up to its tapered top, it is one of the largest menhirs in Wales, alongside Hirfaen Gwyddog.
