The Cromlech in Vale Maria do Meio is located northwest of Évora, north of the Autoestrada A6 about seven kilometres from the Portela de Mogos in Portugal. The stone circle, which is more heavily damaged on the east side, has 21 preserved menhirs.
One of the stones shows an incision in the form of faint outlines of a face, a chain and possibly a vulva. Another has geometric incisions of bars, crescents, circles and squares.
Nearby is the Almendres Cromlech and the Menhir Pair of San Sebastião.
