In southwestern England, hidden from view in the ruins of an old mill, one can find these mysterious labyrinth rock carvings. The rock carvings were discovered in 1948, and initially it was believed that the carvings date back tot he early Bronze Age (circa 1800 BCE). Contemporary scholars claim that the carvings are likely no older than abbout 300 years, because they were carved with metal tools on a quarried wall.
Nonetheless, this place has become something of a sacred site for neopagans and assorted New Age spiritual seekers.
