The Temple of Hera Selinus, also known as the Temple E, is an ancient Greek temple located in Selinunte, in the southwestern coast of Sicily, Italy. It was built in the mid-5th century BC and is dedicated to the goddess Hera.

The temple has a peripteral plan, with a colonnade of 34 Doric columns surrounding the cella, or inner chamber, where the statue of the deity was kept. It measures approximately 67 by 25 meters and is constructed of local limestone.

The temple was partially destroyed by an earthquake in the 9th century AD and was later used as a quarry for the construction of nearby buildings. As a result, only a few columns and fragments of the temple remain standing today.

However, despite its state of ruin, the Temple of Hera Selinus is considered one of the most important examples of Greek architecture in Sicily and a testimony to the power and influence of the ancient city of Selinunte.
