The Tolarp portal tomb is located in Halmstad and is the largest in southern Halland, Sweden. It was built between 3500 and 2800 BCE as a megalithic monument of the Funnel beaker culture. The passage grave is a structural type within the Neolithic megalithic sites, characterized by a chamber and a structurally separated lateral passage. This form is primarily found in Denmark, Germany, and Scandinavia, with occasional instances in France and the Netherlands.
